These Terms & Conditions govern all sales conducted by Claris-A, Monte Carlo.

2. Products

Each jewel is described as accurately as possible. Additional photographs, videos, gemological reports or documentation can be provided upon request. Many pieces are unique or vintage; availability is confirmed on an individual basis.

3. Transactions

All details, including pricing, shipping, insurance and certification documents, are provided during the purchase process following direct contact.
Payment is required in full by bank transfer prior to delivery. No other forms of payment are accepted.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All shipments are fully insured and handled through specialized couriers. Delivery times are indicative only. Risk passes to the client once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

5. Returns & Withdrawal

Claris-A conducts all sales on a personal basis, with payment by bank transfer prior to delivery. As our jewels are not sold through an automated online shop but through direct contact, the statutory EU/EEA withdrawal rights applicable to e-commerce do not apply.

We want each client to be fully confident in their purchase. In exceptional cases, and at our discretion, we may agree to accept a return or propose an exchange within 7 days of receipt, provided the jewel is in its original condition and accompanied by all certificates and packaging. Any return or exchange is subject to verification to ensure the jewel has not been altered or damaged.

Private viewings at secure facilities can also be arranged prior to purchase upon request.

6. Authenticity & Warranty

All jewels are guaranteed authentic and conform to their description. Certificates from recognized laboratories (e.g., GIA, SSEF, GRS,…) are provided when specified. Any claim for non-conformity must be notified in writing within 5 days of receipt.

7. Intellectual Property

All photographs, texts and designs published on this website are the exclusive property of Claris-A and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

8. Privacy & Email Consent

Personal information provided during inquiries or transactions is used solely for the purpose of client communication, order management, and legal compliance.

By submitting your email, you consent to receiving communications from Claris-A, including responses to inquiries, order follow- up, and occasional newsletters or updates. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe link or contacting us directly.

Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Disputes shall be governed by the laws of Monaco, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in the buyer’s country of residence.
